Soft public access is now open
Official go-live is still planned for the middle of September, but Salix Monitor 360 has reached the point where access can safely be opened now to anyone who wants to try it. A substantial final round of code changes, testing and interface adjustment is still under way, but normal use of the live platform should continue while that work happens.
If a bug appears in the live system, fixes can usually be pushed within minutes once the cause is understood. This is deliberately a quiet opening rather than the full launch campaign. There is no real marketing push planned until later in September; for now, the aim is to let people use the product, find the rough edges and provide useful real-world feedback.
What’s new and improved
Reports have had one of the biggest upgrades
The reporting system has received a major overhaul across both Reports and My Reports. All 12 professional report types have been reviewed, with the focus on giving users evidence they can actually use rather than a collection of headline numbers.
Help Centre
The Salix Monitor 360 Help Centre now covers far more of the application with clearer task-based guidance, diagrams and an improved downloadable handbook across all four supported languages.
Members and invitations
Organisation invitations and member management are safer and clearer, especially for users who belong to more than one organisation and for owner-protected actions.
Willow Support Portal
The support experience has had a substantial four-language pass, with clearer sign-in, account recovery and ticket guidance for Salix Monitor 360 subscribers.

The signup portal and live app are open now
The Salix Monitor 360 signup portal is live at salixmonitor360.je. A Free organisation gives you access to the real platform so you can try monitoring without being forced onto a paid service. If you later need more capacity, paid plans are there, but upgrading is not a condition of trying the product.
The actual Salix Monitor 360 web application is at monitor.salixmonitor360.je. Existing users can sign in there directly, while new users can create their organisation from the public Salix portal first.
- Free access is intended to be genuinely useful, not just a crippled demo.
- The official launch remains mid-September while the final code and UI sweep continues.
- Marketing will follow later in September rather than driving a large audience into the product before that final sweep is complete.
Found a problem while trying it? Do it inside the app
Once you are signed in, Salix Monitor 360 includes a problem-reporting panel that slides into the app. It is the easiest way to report a bug because it lets you describe what happened while you are still on the affected screen and provides useful context for investigation.
Problem reports submitted through the app are reviewed directly and when an issue can be reproduced, the usual aim is to turn a fix around within a day. During this soft-access period that feedback is particularly useful because real users will always find combinations and edge cases that development testing does not.
Reports have had one of the biggest upgrades
The reporting system has received a major overhaul across both Reports and My Reports. All 12 professional report types have been reviewed, with the focus on giving users evidence they can actually use rather than a collection of headline numbers.
- Vulnerability and Security Posture reports now carry richer supporting evidence so the security picture is easier to understand and act on.
- Report charts, date ranges and historical calculations have had a major accuracy and reliability pass, with better consistency between user and organisation-admin reporting.
- Professional PDF reporting is simpler: each report now produces its definitive full professional version instead of asking users to choose between redundant Executive and Analyst depth options.
Companion apps: where things stand right now
The companion apps are operational. Distribution is the only awkward part at the moment, so the current store and signing position is set out clearly below.
iPhone and iPad
The iOS companion app is already on the App Store and can be installed normally from Apple.
Android
The Android companion app is available as a direct APK from the official Salix downloads page. The Google Play process has not yet been completed, so installation is manual for now.
Windows
The Windows companion app can be downloaded and installed from the official Salix downloads page. Windows SmartScreen may complain because the installer is not yet code-signed. Follow the instructions on the downloads page and only use the official Salix download.

Questions before you try it?
If you want to ask anything about Salix Monitor 360 before signing up, use either the Willow Software contact form or the Salix Monitor 360 contact form. Both contact routes are monitored directly and enquiries are handled without a sales queue.
A quiet opening before the wider launch
The middle of September remains the official launch point. Between now and then the codebase is still receiving substantial final changes, but the work is focused on making the existing platform more robust and easier to use rather than destabilising it with a last-minute feature race.
For anyone who wants to have a look early, the doors are effectively open now. Start free, use it properly, and if you find something crooked, please report it. That is exactly what this quiet pre-launch period is for.
